    CAPC Campus OnlineTM offers health care professionals the opportunity to enroll in self-paced e-learning courses related to the start-up, growth and sustainability of palliative care programs in hospital and hospice settings. Our palliative care e-learning courses offer complete flexibility because they are available when you are available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week via login at http://campus.capc.org/.

    Go to this link: https://campus.capc.org/login/forgot_password.php.

    Then enter either your username or your registered email address in the appropriate box. There is no need to enter both.

  3. What is the cost of an e-learning course?

    All e-learning courses are $35 per course, per student. You must first register for CAPC Campus Online TM by creating a unique username and password; then you can login and proceed to purchase an e-learning course.

  4. How long does take to complete an e-learning course?

    The estimated completion time of each e-learning course offered on CAPC Campus OnlineTM is two (2) hours.

    Participants must complete their registered courses within a 1-year timeframe.

  5. Can I purchase an e-learning course using a check?

    No. Payment is accepted by credit card only through a secure online payment system.

  6. Do I have to take all courses within each e-learning category?

    No. However, although not required, CAPC recommends that participants take all of the courses within each e-learning category: “Billing and Finance,” “Business Planning,” and “Marketing and Patient Referrals;” to gain a full understanding of each content area.

  7. Are CAPC´s e-learning courses applicable for international health professionals?

    The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) provides health care professionals with the tools, training and technical assistance necessary to start and sustain successful palliative care programs in hospitals and other health care settings that are based in the United States.

    All health professionals can benefit from accessing CAPC´s resources and training opportunities, however, they will have to apply their local, state and national laws regarding program development and operations of palliative care services.

  8. How to I receive my CME/CE credits?

    An electronic certificate, designating CME or CE credits will be issued to physicians, nurses and social workers upon each course completion. Verification of Participation will be provided to other Allied Health Professionals.

    In order to print your electronic certificate, you must complete all of the requirements outlined within your enrolled course(s).

    CAPC has designed all e-learning courses offered on CAPC Campus OnlineTM so that it may be considered by participants for use as continuing education to enhance professional knowledge and pastoral competency for the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC).
